Our Story
Second Stitch is the brainchild of our 3 founders: Lakshmi Sathwika, Ritu kushwaha and Shreya Sarthi. The idea was born from a simple observation that countless clothes and textiles are discarded even though they still have the potential to become something new. While exploring ways to make fashion more sustainable, we realised that the answer could be found in the materials we already have.
What started as an idea to give unwanted clothes a second life soon became Second Stitch ma circular fashion and lifestyle brand that transforms discarded textiles into bags, accessories, home décor and everyday products.
Second Stitch was created with one belief: old clothes don’t have to be the end of a story they can be the beginning of a new one.
